Logging In

The EPR Dashboard is accessible at dashboard.elitepropertyresearch.com. You can also reach it from the Elite CRM sidebar under the EOS section.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Your browser will keep you logged in. You won't need to enter the password again unless you sign out or clear your browser data.
2

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard pulls live data directly from EOS every time you load or refresh it. At the top you'll see three summary cards, followed by five collapsible sections.

MTD Batched Total

Total dollar amount batched so far this calendar month

Companies Needing Follow-Up

Companies whose last order was 15–90 days ago

New Clients This Month

Companies placing their very first ever order this month

EOM Kit Tracker

Track which companies have received EOM kits this year

ℹ️ Note: Click any section header to collapse or expand it. All sections load together when you hit Refresh.
3

MTD Batched Total

This card shows the month-to-date sum of all deposit amounts from the EOS Batch List. It resets automatically on the 1st of each month.

βœ“ What it tells you: How much revenue has been collected and batched so far this month.
4

Companies That Ordered in Period

This section shows all companies whose last order date falls within a selected date range. It defaults to the prior calendar month but can be changed to any custom range.

Each row shows:

πŸ’‘ How to set the date range: Use the date pickers at the top of the section. Set From to January 1 and To to today's date, then click Apply.
5

EOM Kit Tracker

The EOM Kit Tracker is a dedicated section for managing and tracking which companies have received End of Month kits. It has its own independent date range separate from the Companies That Ordered in Period section.

Each row shows:

⭐ Best Practice β€” Set the EOM date range to January 1 through current month:

Set the date range from January 1st of the current year to the end of the current month. Because the dashboard pulls the last order date for each company, this range shows you every active company and exactly when they most recently ordered β€” giving you the clearest picture of who to include in your EOM kit send.
ℹ️ Multiple kits per company: You can mark multiple kits sent to the same company β€” each click adds a new date badge. A company that received kits in June and July will show two date badges.

Toolbar buttons:

βœ“ Resets January 1st: The EOM kit history tracks per calendar year. On January 1st each year, all records reset automatically so you start fresh for the new year.
πŸ’‘ Bulk import: You can import a prior month's CSV at dashboard.elitepropertyresearch.com/import-eom. Upload the EOM clients CSV, set the sent date, and all companies are loaded at once.
6

Companies Overdue for Follow-Up

This section lists every company whose last order was between 15 and 90 days ago β€” companies that have ordered recently enough to still be warm, but haven't placed a new order in the last 15 days.

The Days Since column is color coded:

15–30d Getting close 31–60d Follow up soon 61–90d Overdue

Each row also shows the last note entered in EOS for that company, so you can see at a glance what the last touchpoint was before reaching out.

You can also track EOM kit history here β€” the + Mark Sent button appears on each row and works the same as in the EOM Kit Tracker.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Sort your outreach by the red 61–90 day companies first β€” these are at highest risk of going inactive.
7

New Clients This Month

This section shows companies whose very first ever order with EPR was placed during the current calendar month. These are brand new clients β€” not just companies that ordered for the first time recently.

βœ“ What to do: Reach out to new clients early to make sure their experience is positive and encourage repeat orders.
8

Adding Notes

Notes can be added directly from the dashboard in both the Companies That Ordered in Period and Companies Overdue for Follow-Up sections. Notes post directly into EOS as internal notes.

ℹ️ Note: Notes are saved as internal, non-sticky notes in EOS. Sticky notes (yellow notes) are not pulled into the dashboard β€” only regular internal notes are shown.
9

Downloading the CSV

The EOM Kit Tracker lets you download a CSV of user contact information for selected companies. This is useful for mailing lists, kit shipments, and outreach campaigns.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Use Select all to grab all companies in the current period at once, or manually check just the ones you need.
10

Import Your Client List into the CRM

Once you've downloaded your CSV from the EOM Kit Tracker, you can import it directly into the Elite CRM to build out your kit client list.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Download your CSV right after clicking βœ“ Mark All Sent β€” the file downloads automatically so you're ready to import straight into the CRM without any extra steps.

Tips & Best Practices

Best Date Range for Period Section

Set Jan 1 β†’ current month end to see all year-to-date active companies and their exact last order dates.

EOM Kit Timing

Mark kits sent on the day they go out so dates are accurate. Use Mark All Sent for bulk sends.

Note After Every Call

Add a note immediately after a follow-up call. It posts to EOS and shows on the next refresh.

Refresh for Live Data

Click Refresh anytime to pull the latest data from EOS. Data is live β€” not cached.

Focus on Red First

In the follow-up section, prioritize companies showing 61–90 days (red) before they go fully inactive.
